Client Journey Map
I've created this map to outline the general flow of client services at Outside the Bell Curve. It's important to note that this is a generic framework, and the actual timing and progression through these phases will vary significantly based on each individual's unique needs, challenges, and pace of development. Some clients progress through certain phases more quickly, while others require extended support in specific areas. This flexible approach allows me to honor neurological differences while providing consistent, structured support.
